As the Founder and Owner of Iron Vail Contractors LLC, I bring over 30 years of construction experience, including hands-on fieldwork, project management, and senior leadership roles across the industry. From early fieldwork to leading complex, multi-phase projects, I’ve built a career rooted in integrity, precision, and long-standing client relationships.

At Iron Vail, we are a site work contractor, partnering with Developers, General Contractors, Custom Home Builders, and Production Builders across Commercial, Multifamily, Build-to-Rent, and Residential projects, delivering reliable, efficient, and safety-focused utility solutions.

Throughout my career, I’ve successfully managed multi-million-dollar utility projects, leading teams responsible for over 500 completed projects in both public and private sectors. I’m recognized for completing complex infrastructure jobs ahead of schedule and under budget, without ever compromising quality or integrity.

As a licensed General Contractor, I lead with a firm yet collaborative approach — combining strategic foresight with hands-on knowledge of the trades. I believe in clear communication, accountability, and setting the standard through example. Our guiding principle at Iron Vail reflects our name and purpose: “Just as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”

Behind Iron Vail is a values-driven culture shaped by intention, faith, and honor. As Chief Operating Officer, I am responsible for ensuring how we operate reflects who we are. My focus is on vision, values, and culture, while building a company where integrity, clear communication, and respect are foundational.

My husband and I have been married for over 24 years and have raised four children together. Like any structure built to last, our marriage was formed through commitment, shared purpose, and the willingness to weather challenges without compromising the foundation. That same mindset carries into Iron Vail. This company is not separate from our life, it is built on the principles we live by, guided by faith and anchored in honor and love. I oversee the systems, standards, and client experience that support Iron Vail’s work from start to finish.

My focus is on trust, transparency, and follow-through. I believe excellence is measured not only by what is built, but by how it is built and how people are treated along the way. Iron Vail is forged by grit and precision. Grit earned through decades of experience, perseverance, and consistency, and precision reflected in our execution, leadership, and attention to detail.
